ꦛQBK5-2T CNC lathe is a middle drive CNC lathe developed for the fastening bolt processing in the field of wind power. The lathe uses two single side hydraulic drive collet in the middle to clamp both ends of the workpiece to achieve a clamping of the fastening bolt to complete the processing requirements of both ends of the outer circle and end face. Through the servo motor program to control the two sides of the chuck spacing automatic adjustment, to achieve different lengths of workpiece clamping requirements. The left and right sides of the machine are equipped with a row type tool rest. Through cutting tools on both sides at the same time, the workpiece can be clamped once to complete the efficient processing of the outer circle and end face of the workpiece at both ends.
